With the unfortunate passing of the originator of Town and Country Auctioneers/Realtors, Dave Myers, and the unfortunate circumstances of Covid in 2020, I have recognized the necessity to serve my customers not only as an Auctioneer but also as a Real Estate broker. This is necessary to not only position the company more competitively in the Auction and Real Estate industry, but also to serve you better through the numerous marketing tools available through it. I have done this by teaming up with Managing Broker, Gary Shaw, at Shaw Real Estate.

With that, it is with great excitement that I'd like to announce in cooperation of Shaw Real Estate and Auctions, I am now a Real Estate Broker with Shaw's Real Estate and Auctions. There are many great Real Estate Professionals throughout Adams County and the surrounding areas that I fully respect and look forward to working with. This will now afford me the opportunity to serve our customers not only in the Auction industry but the Real Estate business as well! Gary Shaw and myself have worked together for nearly 20 yrs in the Auction industry. We have now agreed to work together in the Real Estate business as well. Shaw Real Estate and Auctions will be acting as my managing broker for Real Estate listings and transactions. Gary is one of the most honest and sincere individuals that I have had the privilege of knowing in my 25 years in the Auction business. His HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CARE and PROFESSIONALISM (HICP) align well with the principals that I set forth in the ownership of Town & Country Auctioneers/Realtors. I feel that it is an excellent match as we team together and broaden our opportunities in both the Auction and Real Estate business.
